Our tools are designed to answer a simple question: which software plan best fits the information you give us, and what should it cost?
We use your actual requirements
Instead of publishing a generic “best software” list, each calculator asks for the things that can change the answer — for example your team size, expected usage, number of locations, or features you genuinely need.
We then check those requirements against the published limits and pricing of the providers we compare.
We show the lowest-cost suitable option
For each provider, we first find the least expensive plan that meets all of your selected requirements. We then compare the published software costs on the same basis.
If two options cost the same, we show a tie. If a free plan is enough, we can recommend staying free. If a provider requires a custom quote, we say so rather than guessing a price.
Affiliate relationships do not change the result
Some providers may pay us a commission if you later visit them through a qualifying link. That does not change which providers qualify, how costs are calculated, or which option appears first.
A provider can still be recommended even when we have no affiliate relationship with it.
We use official sources
Pricing, plan limits, and feature availability are taken from official provider pricing pages and support documentation wherever possible.
Each calculator shows the sources we used and when they were last checked, so you can verify important details yourself before purchasing.
What our tools do not try to decide
We focus on measurable questions such as price, usage limits, plan eligibility, and specific features.
We do not pretend that subjective factors such as interface preference or support quality can always be reduced to a reliable score. We also do not replace legal, tax, compliance, or other professional advice.
Always check before buying
Software companies can change prices and features at any time. We work to keep our data current, but you should confirm the final price and terms on the provider’s website before making a purchase.
